We only showed a few, never had stomach problems after eating in carenderia. They usually have everything fresh because they are popular among Filipinos. You will sooner poison yourself in a restaurant than in a carenderia which is popular and usually sells out its meals. Take care!
I also like eating the Filippino foods at these types of places. The food has a lot of flavor and my weight went to a reasonable number after only a month.

Sure Cliff, we'd like to record more often, but sometimes we just don't have time or inspiration. I would also like to keep showing something new that is getting difficult. We are not full time UA-camrs yet and we have to do many other things to survive. We have ideas on how to develop our channel, but of course we are short of resources. The beef steak, squash, bean, potato, string bean adobo and sisig dishes looked very yummy. 😋 Such variety and a great value!

Polish people are almost everywhere in the world. And they are really hard working. You must visit Poland and try different foods.
