This season, lies are uncovered and relationships are strained, but love always finds a way. Ashley and Michael have healed from their loss and are ready to work on expanding their family, but the word on the street in Potomac is that Michael has to deal with some serious allegations. Meanwhile, Monique is ready to deliver her new bundle of joy and focus on her entrepreneurial endeavors, but her husband Chris is not ready to say good-bye to his baby-making days. Karen and Ray are pushing through their troubles, while still watching everyone else with a side eye, as Karen launches one of her biggest ventures. Gizelle has a tale she wants to tell with her upcoming book launch, and she is also working on mending her friendships and revitalizing her love life. Meanwhile, love is blooming in Potomac as Candiace and Chris are knee deep in wedding planning. However, Candiace’s mother, Dorothy, has an opinion on everything, making one wonder who is actually in control. Robyn and Juan have found their groove finding their way back to each other as Robyn also works on her property investment goals. With all the trials and tribulations ahead, will these ladies be able to keep it cute and classy?

The reason why I believe Karen is one of the most genuine out of this group is that whenever there is a potential fight, she always gets between to try and prevent it. I noticed that when Robyn almost got into it with Monique, Gizelle was just standing back like a coward and not at all ready to have her BF's back whereas, Karen got straight in there to stop the foolishness.

It's amazing how they try to convince everyone that they are sooo 100% black. Only to find out when they did their genetic report that they weren't. Think we all knew that.
Giselle's family is from Louisiana. I'm dark skinned and my great grandfather is from Louisiana and he and my grandmother were very light skinned. Louisiana is known for being a place with a wide mix of ethnicities and cultures. These girls identify as being black and I think that's where they were moreso coming from when they were refusing to accept any other kind of identification. And unlike Katie, both of Giselle and Robin's parents were black with Creole and French origins. Katie had a white parent and black parent with Jewish lineage. So Katie upbringing and self identification was completely different from Giselle and Robin. Both Giselle and Robin are members of a black sorority and both went to a HBCU so I'm sure they've both been told that they are too light skinned and not "black" enough and i think them claiming to be "full black" was their way of saying that they identify with being black since neither of their parents claim any other race. I'm from the deep south and went to a HBCU and I've met many girls and boys like Giselle and Robin and they sometimes feel ostricized for having more European features and light colored eyes etc. I'm sure if you took a DNA/Genetics test, your results will be quite different than what you thought too...especially if you got family from Louisiana which is known for mixed races and biraciality. I know this from experience.

I use to live real close to her restaurant in Arlington. It was in the Clarendon neighborhood. I have been there about 3 times. The food was RELLY good. Her husband was sitting at the bar once when I was there.. That location has had several places that have failed.

At any rate, "America" is *not* a continent. NORTH America and SOUTH America are. The Americas *(PLURAL)* is typically used when collectively referring to the lands of both North and South America. The singular form "America" is widely accepted as the shortened name for the United States of AMERICA.
People from the USA are called American. People from the continents of North or South America would be called NORTH American or SOUTH American. But odds are they are more likely to be described by their nationality or ethnicity.
If your argument is that the USA can't be called America because two continents also contain the word America, that's a weak and tired argument. Australia is both a country and a continent. There are cities named after the states they're in (e.g. New York, NY); city-states that are both a country and capital city (e.g. Singapore, Monaco, and Vatican City); and countries whose capital cities are named after the country itself (e.g Djibouti, Djibouti).
My point is geographical naming conventions are not black and white, so let that wack BS argument go, especially since it's not even relevant to the discussion at hand.

After catching up on the seasons, I have to say that even though Gizelle and Robyn gets the shady awards on the RHO... franchises, I truly have to say that Robyn has NO backbone. I'm truly disgusted that she has allowed herself to get swallowed by Gizelle's dark cloud of haterade, insecurity and jealousy. Robyn is actually a semi-decent person. But whenever Gizelle is around, Robyn BECOMES so wishy-washy, loses herself and becomes Gizelle's reflection like literally. I never seen a friendship dynamic like this one. And Gizelle's would literally create a recipe of disaster and Robyn is eating it up like it's her last meal. I never seen a green-eye twisted bandits like this version. The fight with Robyn and Monique was funny and hysterical because even though Robyn got them arms, Monique would've laid Robyn out like a rug. But whaya even funnier is that Gizelle didn't even come to Robyn's rescue, it was Karen trying to break the fight up.
