The theives stole the replacement cat after stealing the original one, the truck was at this yard having various issues fix so it was at this yard for over 3 months(when these videos were filmed).
Go after the businesses that buy them. And the cost of replacing all those converters and other items far out weighs the cost of beefing up your perimeter barbed wire or on sight security.
This is how criminals thank you for releasing them early from jail. And if you think this is bad, criminals are barely starting to catch on that you can get away with anything short of rape, murder, or some minor traffic offense.
