I think Gwen's powers are easy to understand.She has a space outside the panels, that she can travel through, put in take out things or people.
She can also travrl throght time and a lot more

Actually, she do not really have any direct regenerative powers, but she do have a notable amount of "Plot Armor", and as she, just like Deadpool, is aware of that she is a character in a different medium ... that is actually a real thing for her.
In-world, however, it might seem like she regenerates or has sudden bursts of healing.
She can also enter the space between the picture frames, as well as tear up a portal between two frames, or even between two sides of the same page ....
In-world, this may appear as being able to teleport or create portals in time, space, and even between different realms.
She said "interdimensional powers"... while showing an example of exactly that.
By entering the "space between the panels" she has effectively stepped out of her dimension to enter another. That's what that is.

I am a HUGE Zatanna fan and have read all of her books and watched her in every form of media possible but I LOVE that you pointed out that it’s not her powers that are confusing, it’s the limitation or lack there of.
Even reading new stuff now, she always teeters and I really appreciate that.

Silver Surfer is one that has confused me and others around me, i know he has the Power Cosmic but exactly what does that mean.
It means he has the power of the universe and all living these he has extraordinary super strength able to knockout the hulk with a finger flick. He has energy manipulation,advanced sqeed , invulnerablilty to physical attacks,can use telepathy, regeneration, can manipulate gravity and other forces alike . but even if he has these powers there is one weakness the universe itself . basically if you destroy the universe he cant use his powers

He has the power to keep stately Wayne Manor in impeccable order all by himself, maintain all of Batman's toys in peak order (not to mention polishing that giant penny), and spend the entire night supporting Batman via a "mission control" super computer. He never sleeps, has endless endurance, super speed (how else can he keep everything clean all the time) yet his most superior power is the ability to obscure his abilities from others, especially "The World's Greatest Detective." I mean, how else can you explain why Alfred hasn't been drafted into the Justice League by now?
