As a stylist , i usually don't even clip the extensions on when its for a ponytail 😊 with tieing the ponytail with the rubber band or liga , it with hold your extensions , aswell let the extension flow , and be easier to style. (if it all makes sense 🥲🫣🤣)

Use savila for your hair! Basically it's good for A LOT of things BUT if u use it on your hair once or twice a week, it will look healthier, fuller & it'll help it grow. Also, if u trim it every other month, it's supposed to help too. Hope this helps!

You have long beautiful hair! I don’t think you need extensions. You just need a few inches cut and very blunt cut. Then it’ll look thicker and a lot healthier!
But… Where I know I’m gonna put the clip of extensions, I put a very small amount of hair in a elastic (about half a inch) and then I clip inside the pony tail. That way I know the extension won’t fall out and I don’t have to tease it which doesn’t work for my thin hair anyways. Hope that helps and makes sense?
