    Have you tried using ice cold packs? I know it sounds weird but whenever the itchiness starts to flare up, i grab my ice cold pack and wrap it with a towel to avoid any water leakage... and then i put it on the area that itches until the 🔥 itchiness goes away lol. Idk why doctors dont mention doing this, but it actually really works for me. As long as i have access to my refrigerator, which is why im dealing with my inflammation rn, but lmk if you do try and if it actually helps 😊

    Ive been using a steroid cream for like 4 yrs now, am i cooked?

      @@Skol77777 if you don’t have the symptoms you should be okay! Try not to use it anymore tho, you body will eventually grow immune to it. May take 1 year may take 50 years, we’ll never know for sure what’s the cause or if you’d actually get it

      @ yes I dont have any symptoms luckily and I’ve quited it, but my face has grown alot of acne😔

      many different kinds. i'll cover it in another video if youd like? but here are some i used: dermasone, elomet, elsone, gentriderm
