hello that is a trick question so many facts not clear like is it a clean title , do you have legal right of way to the lot , is the owner alive to make sure title work is done , are the taxes up to date , location of the land also,,, is it a cliff ? flat land?, or need improvements to build on ? ? can you even build on it ? AND MANY MANY MORE QUESTIONS to give you a fair price on the lots
@roseinthephilippines5835 it has the main highway going in front of property so I can place a driveway right off the highway right? It I figured 2580 square foot lot if my math is correct my wife thinking they want 3 million pesos for it it's a long flat lot only carabo grazing on it or goats

But as I get more info on the lot I'll check with you and give you what I know I been told stay home give my wife a list of questions to ask cause if they know I want it they will skin tax me that true?

@@roseinthephilippines5835 land has no trees or banana trees or coconut trees like a farm pasture we would see in America
farm lot go for about 750 to 950 a sqm ,,, on main road is a very big plus ,,, is the title clear that is the main question
