Visiting Majorca in 2024 | Fornalutx | Soller | Sineu | Montuiri | Deia | Valldemossa | Alcudia

Majorca, also spelt Mallorca, is the largest island in the Balearic archipelago, located in the Mediterranean Sea and belonging to Spain. The island is known for its stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, historic architecture, and beautiful landscapes. Palma de Mallorca, the capital, is home to the impressive Gothic Cathedral of Santa Maria, and many other cultural attractions. We did not visit Magaluf on this trip as we were more keen on exploring other towns and villages. We did visit Palma de Mallorca to dine at one of the restaurants and attend an evening mass, however, due to traffic and parking concerns, we avoided going into Palma during the day.
