It's my first time in your channel. Thank you for sharing your commissary. It's also my dream of having one. Nasakop ko na kasi yung kitchen sa house 😅. And it's kinda hard, because I will wait for them to sleep before I can work on my orders... Sabi ko sa sarili ko, I need to rent kahit small space lang for my commissary. Thanks for the idea. God bless po chef J 😊
Hello Pennylane! For 10 years hindi maganda commissary namin haha:) Kaya ngayon im very proud to share it with everyone!!! Im so happy you loved this tour! I can make a video about the essentials when making even a small kitchen because naexperience ko sha for 10 years din! More videos like this will be posted soon
Hi! For the oven no particular brand but need natin malaman for what products will you use:) Also for mixers :) but the one im using now are made in Taiwan matatagal na buhay nila but my oven ilan beses na napalitan ng parts but so far alive and kicking padin kase 10yrs old na sila hehe let me know what products you will use for it so we can check what’s best! Thank you :)
Oh yes DCM is a good local brand. There is also Coktek brand (local too) I haven’t used it personally but it has been used by many of our chefs here in the PH. Also it is value for money compared to imported brands. I actually plan to buy one when the time comes i really have to let my current 3-deck oven rest :)
Hi! I bought this 10yrs ago and it was around 110-120k if im not mistaken but now i think this costs more :) Also the industrial mixer is around ₱20k-₱80k depending on the size you like to buy :) This is a good investment for your business:)
Hi, I’m thinking of getting an eletric deck oven to bake cakes. I don’t have any experience baking in a deck oven and all cake my recipes are designed for domestic ovens with 180 C (no fan/ conventional). Can i use the same temperature in deck ( top and bottom element ) or do i have to lower the temperature .? What would you suggest ? Thank you. 🥲🙏🏾
Hi! Oh wow good luck on your baking journey! I’ve also started using a conventional oven actually and still is. You know why? Because conventional oven gives moist cakes! However, having the right oven depends on what really is your main product. Cookies/breads- convection/electric oven Cakes- conventional gas oven or electric oven BUT electric oven tends to be more expensive 😅 Also, i would recommend you to buy an oven thermometer just to make sure you are getting the right temp. Hope it helps!
Ganda naman and very organize Julz. Thanks for the tour. 🎂🍰🍪🍩🧁🥧
