I know you specialise in Cups and Discs, but THANK YOU for showing these "mainstream" alternatives mamy people will find VERY USEFUL ; I had to learn by trying because Anatomy drawing in school books weren't much help, and Medical books you could only consult at the local Library but not take home to re-read. Many many years later, and thanks to your videos and Hello Period website I learnt that my cervix is tilted so I poke myself with tampons 😢

if u thought this video was gross than why didn't u just stop watching it instead of sitting through the whole thing "messing up ur head". besides this video wasn't even made for u so how did it end up on ur fyp in the first place. this video was made for young (or older) girls who are struggling with their period (which is a very natural thing btw.) and who need to learn how to take care of themselves properly. if u wanna act immature and complain how gross a period is then be my guest but I know for a fact that these girls and women didn't ask to have to deal with a period. u should be glad ur not a girl bc Ik u couldn't handle that responsibility
