In general, not just in these songs, most of the time the harmonizations in their songs are done by three of them. High notes are often by Xiaojun (but many times it's Kun and Ten too). Ad-libs are mostly by Ten. I know they can do everything and sound great individually, but the thing is, despite having distinct voices, they sound so beautiful together.

Horizon has to be one of my favorite ballads ever. And its also Xiaojun’s favorite. When these three sings together, I just die and gone to heaven. The meaning is also so beautiful too.

Big high notes during or after the bridge are almost always Xiaojun. Small adlibs in the back or harmonizations are sometimes Ten and Kun. They're all main vocalists but Xiaojun is universally accepted as part of the top 3 vocalists in the entire NCT, which is insane considering how many good vocalists we have in all the units.
In earlier albums, Ten has a much bigger fandom and experience compared to Xiaojun who just debuted, so SM gave him most lines and high notes. Now Xiaojun is mainly in charge of the hardest lines and high notes, even some center time.
Such a great album, the b-sides go harddd! All For Love is indeed such a well produced song.

i'm glad you're honest about it, its okay not to like all their songs we know you still love them and most of their music ! There are some im not too crazy about either and action figure isnt really one of my favourites i dont replay it as much as other songs. All For Love is my #1 fave bside out of all their bsides the vocals on that song is just sooo beautiful and if you see the live stage it sounds even better there!
Definitely! I think it’s important to see that there will be songs you’re not actively listening to. But that’s not the same as a “skip song”
I feel like some fans have the expectation that you have to love every song 🤣 (luckily I haven’t encountered any of them here 🙏🏻)

No longer a fan of Lucas but he was honestly great when he was with WayV. His voice is really nice and he has a lot of presence and charisma. And he was so funny too.

I feel the same honestly. I appreciate for the part he did in the past but I no longer consider him in the group. I didn't pick a side during his scandal and I care even less now. Sometimes I wonder if I would have felt differently if he was my bias.

18:12 That's TEN. He did the last high note too. Let me tell you something, even though Xiaojun is now known for high notes & his vocals, because SM didn't give him enough lines to show his vocal abilities before. TEN got more lines, and we thought he was the main vocalist. Their debut song 'Regular' was more than 50% sung by TEN, and their old albums were like that too. But Xiaojun eventually shines and is known for his vocals. Just saying, if you listen to their old music, it's mostly TEN singing in the background, harmonizing, hitting high notes-everything. So don't be surprised. 😂

But in Regular, Ten did most of Taeyong's part and not the vocals. (I meant Taeyong as in comparison to the 127 version). While Kun & Xiaojun shares the vocal line parts.

Yes, but the point is that he got more lines, not whether he got the vocals or not. "Regular" is already rap-heavy, and there aren't many vocals in that song. Xiaojun and Kun also rapped there, and the few vocal parts were done by Ten, plus shared by kun & xiaojun too.
We're not blaming him for that though 😂😂 it's SM's fault not his. It's just we are saying he did more vocals, High notes and adlibs in older songs, that it.
