Only in one snow storm whole GTA is crumbled. Come here in Saskatchewan this is everydays child play with -30 more or less. No body knows better than prairieans, how to deal with snow. It's in there blood. I lived both side Toronto and Vancouver they don't know how to deal with snow. But prairieans are masters of cold. Hats off to them.
