Crash Kills One And Leaves Several Critical on Manida St. - Bronx

July 20th, 2024 - Bronx, NY: At approximately 2:42 a.m., officers from the 41st Precinct responded to Manida St. and Viele Ave. for a fatal crash that happened when a BMW slammed into the side of a blue Ford Focus with five occupants inside. A 21-yr-old woman was killed in the accident with another 3 taken to hospital in critical condition and one more in stable condition.
Driver of the BMW stayed on scene and cooperated with police while a female occupant that was in his car fled the scene.
