Thank you for this video!!!! It was a great refresher!!! I did my G2 test today & passed!!! The route I took was different, but I was tested on the same things shown in this video!! This video really helped me reduce my anxiety lol! Great video!!
I tried this technique but depending on the width of the parking spot it can be slightly different. Wider parking space you move up less and narrow space you move a bit further. Also from the video, you drove in the middle of the lane, but in reality you need to drive on the right side right? So will that make the parking result different if you like up the same?
lots of factors here if a parking lot is full with people walking around and you have to park between two full sized trucks. And also it depends on how big your car is.
was scared about this the most but as soon as you line up with the 3rd spot correctly as a reference and are 3 feet away.. the car basically does the work for you.
I have a Hyundai Sonata 2017 and when I do this I always fail to get in-between the lines. It seems to be smaller than a Toyota corolla etc so should I be doing 2/1/2 instead of 3?
Approximately how much distance between your mirror and the third spot? Should I be in the middle of the road, closer to the right, or closer to the left (when reversing to the right?)
I suck at back parking, i usually get confused when car turning 1st lane from 3rd, any tips which way to look and feel right ? Note: this back parking called 90 odegree angle park
Do the same as you would with a smaller car, learn what the radius is but the rule is the same. Only thing is that you might need to position the car a little bit further
those overhead shots were really helpful! thankyou so much for these videos!
You are welcome

Passed my G Test today at Downsview and although this video is great, they did not ask for backward parking.

What about bigger cars, would you line up at the half way point still?

Can I make 45° backward parking on G2 exam? Or only like this?
Thank you so much for these videos ❤️
You are most welcome!
Hello! Can you back up just using your side mirrors? Or do you have to physically look backwards?
Physically look back
How many times do you turn the staring wheel?
What should be the gap when parking on right?
does the way you hold the steering wheel while driving matter??
Yeah. U should have both hands on the wheel
respects man 🔥🔥🔥🔥
What if I have a back up camera in my car? Can I use that to do backward parking?
Yes you can use it
you can but not on a road test
Thank you
You're welcome 😉
actually the looking back is not realistic anymore unless theres a wall cause you cant see anything just better to use mirrors
TYSM
You are most welcome 🙏
So on the road test, will the examiners look for the way you hand are moving on the steering wheel when you turn left or right?
Yes. Hand over hand.
nice explanation.
Thank you
Does the instructor ask this for the G2?
Yes
They did for my first test and failed because of it. Second test they didn't ask me and I passed. All depends on your instructor
Thankyou
You’re welcome 😊

Is it common to have to do this between 2 cars on your test?
I did the G Test today at Downsview and there was just the standard forward parking.
@@Lucas-vd2gx ya I did the test back end of March and it was the easiest driving I've ever done lol
@@faithanndw I know right! I had high expectations lol Anyways, good that you got yours too.
i had to at port union, and the examiner screamed at me for "cheating" cuz i checked back cam. it's all luck man
Does anyone know if they ask you to reverse park for G road test ??
