I feel like he’s trying to stay reserved so he doesn’t satisfy the stereotype. Every cancer I meet they all say one thing. Give it time and the true nature of them comes out. They’re really good at putting up a front in the beginning. Which is not necessarily a horrible thing. And it’s not like they’re lying. They just hold back so much bcuz they know they’re lot lol. You basically are expecting him to be the toxic cancer and like every sign has a toxic side and water signs are the most notorious for being stigmatized for their toxic side but hes a very settled cancer and I say with all water signs you know water has 3 forms in a liquid solid and gas and you know when a cancer pisces or scorpio matures they really can become solid emotionally.
