Mate yes my village is famous for appalam. Everyone does appalam and sell. I remember sitaraman appalam etc been like 30’years I was kid lol and I used to play in those streets called channetheru etc where big temple there… ohhh miss that and we were in that agrahaaram… one of those big houses. Happy to know about our native place. During our child hood days everything was hand made, manual. I have seen in some streets v used to go and see how appalam maavu idippargal. That too ladies. It was time pass for us. Nowadays machines r used. .
