    Thank you so much for watching Bestie! This daily routine takes about 5 minutes in the morning for me to write out, but the benefits of doing this daily has been astronomical to my growth as a person. Don't sleep on the benefits of writing your goals down everyday!!! Love you Bestie 💜

    What is the workout program you say you use? I'm lacking all kinds of motivation for working out so I'm looking around like crazy

      I do a at home workout routine that I created from being an athlete.. It's mainly core and lower body workouts with some push ups and a few cardio moves. I have found that doing a little each day though keeps my body activated in that mode.

      Awww thank you Bestie! It just does not feel right sharing things that I wouldn't use. If I share with y'all something, I really see value in it in my life. All money isn't good money. 💜

    Probably you should go to a gym that has group classes, to be in group full of people that wants to keep moving is powerful 💫

      Yes! Actually that's the reason the other gym is more expensive because they have classes. 🤗
