Diagnosis will be mentioned in the letter,otherwise find the current medical status for which we are giving the purpose

Update and current are similar but not the same.
Update: Think of a doctor getting a patient's updated medical history, where new information is added.
Current: Refers to the patient's current condition, focusing on what's happening now.
