The SL1 stops at Friern Barnet Town hall that only has one other route stop there, the 43. However, it’s the last stop of the 43 before it turns around in a cul-de-sac to go back the other way, so no one EVER catches the 43 there. So, I always consider it to be just a Superloop stop. I’ve always found it quite odd that it doesn’t just stop at the bus stop 30 metres along the same road that is served by about three other routes. Most people waiting there just want to get along Friern Barnet Road to the Arnos Grove tube or New Southgate Train station and they either have to wait at the SL1 stop or the other stop. And if a bus comes, and they’re at the wrong stop, they have to run 30 metres to the correct stop for the bus that has shown up first. 😂
