Which engine do you think is better? I am writing from Poland. I do not know how they gave the engine but I noticed 4 cylinder 30 km and 3 cylinder 45 km. This 3-cylinder is well-known in Poland because we had mf 255 on our market and also produced Ursus 3512, which were based on the mf 255. And also the Ursus 360 3p was fitted with this engine. But is this 30 km powerful enough?
Hello from Texas, I have purchased MF 130 here in East Texas and would like to restore it but sadly I am having trouble finding parts, could you please share with me where I may be able to acquire parts to restore my tractor.
@@tractionengine11 From what l have heard not an easy tractor to get bits for as they have very little in common with other models in The MF 100 series.
Ahh the brakes aren't to bad to do Replacing the pads is straight forward and the adjusting can take some time to balance them Oh that was a bit of bad luck
+tractionengine11 I think it was welded on before so I'll weld it again I got it back where it should be. Not having final drive all the time on these machines is a pity. We've no brakes at all this is why I ask. It's down right dangerous
Hi Connor, saw this at Kemble show this year. Very impressed with your use of correct grey and correct decals. Are the decals commercially available or were they specially made? Most restored 130s seem to be wearing incorrect 135 bonnet stripes.
Hi Robert, I like to keep my restorations as accurate and authentic as possible The decals are available to buy I will send you the contact details for them Thanks Connor
Thanks Connor, that's useful. I have met Doug in the past for spares but didn't know he did decals etc. To help anyone else get in touch, his number is 07889 160780
I think he has them made somewhere for him. He also does the starting procedure decal, the hydraulic positions on the control quadrant and the air filter maintenance decal
What a lovely job well done and have like 👍🏻
Top Marks well done Connor ! A great job and video of your restored Massey 130.
Ahh thanks Nigel yeah she looks very well can't wait to take here to shows this summer

Ahh that would surprise me they were prone to cracking around the base
Yeah getting brakes is very important then
+tractionengine11 for give my stupidity, are they shoe design brakes
Thats okay
No they are brake pad designs on many
