Spooky originally was by a band called Classic IV. Which had a guitarist that later formed ARS and also wrote the song.
J.R. Cobb was the guitarist with The Classics IV and did co-write the lyrics but the song was originally a saxaphone instrumental by Mike Sharp....(Michael Shapiro) in 1966..great version.

The chords & and timing are great,but the tone is a little too trebly/scratchy as it comes across in the video, I'm sure it sounds different where he's playing it, I think it could use just a little bit adjustment, that's all🎸👍
You have to perfect the 2nd verse strumming. Get the funky rhythm. 🎸
