I think it is so cute that Reggie is uncomfortable with the photoshoot but does not make a big deal about it or makes Kim stop. He expresses his feelings and is honest but does force Kim to stop.

I always thought he was Kim's true love. Always thgt they would end up getting married. She had a really hard time getting over their break up. Reggie did seem like a good guy, but when he married his wife (who looks exactly like Kim!) he had a whole side baby on her!! Now you know Kimberly would NEVER stand for that! Guess it's good they didn't make it down the aisle.

I always thought this episode was fake. Like Kris really sent that calendar out to get published and Kim had no idea and Rob just casually seen it while filming.
For sure. And it would take time for her to get these printed and distributed. Kim would have been expecting her proof delivery well before all that happened. They acted like all that happened in a few hours. Kris is good but not that good.
And Rob would have been like hey I saw your calendar! He wouldn't have been talking like it was a mystery to her.
And why did she assume her Mom did it? I would have thought the photographer or someone leaked it.

I think if Kim and Reggie had met later in life, it could have worked out. Kim was chasing fame at this point, and Reggie was at the top of his game and fame. Reggie didn't like all of the attention Kim was getting, and it ultimately ended their relationship.
They were super cute together.
