#2 Jose and Jay, i Think Jay does have feelings for Jose and just doesnt know how to admit it, every time i watch that episode its all i can feel. He couldve just wanted to be friends but at the same time, he was emotional in more than a friends type of way.
Honestly this makes sense. My interpretation of those feelings is he was projecting himself onto Jose because he had gone through such a similar experience. The fact that he got so mad at Jose for making the skits and having fun and seemingly getting better despite his situation is what triggered him. Jose was now more confident in himself, he was having fun making a character and taking a bad situation (catfish mainly) and making it into a positive by doing Rosa skits that he and others enjoyed. I don’t know if it had to do with Jay being in the closet or having feelings for him or if it had to do more with him being upset that Jose has seemingly overcome his trauma in Jay’s eyes when Jay still hadn’t. Jay was jealous or bitter that Jose overcame it and now he felt alone and to get back at him he decided to cause Jose more trauma so that they would be back on the same level emotionally. Regardless they both need therapy and I hope they are both able to work through their own trauma.

#2 Jose and Jay, i Think Jay does have feelings for Jose and just doesnt know how to admit it, every time i watch that episode its all i can feel. He couldve just wanted to be friends but at the same time, he was emotional in more than a friends type of way.
Honestly this makes sense. My interpretation of those feelings is he was projecting himself onto Jose because he had gone through such a similar experience. The fact that he got so mad at Jose for making the skits and having fun and seemingly getting better despite his situation is what triggered him. Jose was now more confident in himself, he was having fun making a character and taking a bad situation (catfish mainly) and making it into a positive by doing Rosa skits that he and others enjoyed.
I don’t know if it had to do with Jay being in the closet or having feelings for him or if it had to do more with him being upset that Jose has seemingly overcome his trauma in Jay’s eyes when Jay still hadn’t. Jay was jealous or bitter that Jose overcame it and now he felt alone and to get back at him he decided to cause Jose more trauma so that they would be back on the same level emotionally.
Regardless they both need therapy and I hope they are both able to work through their own trauma.
