My parents did it once but not for the reasons you think: so when I was younger I had a YoYo and I loved it but the thing was I wasn’t very good at it so one day I was in my room practicing when my little brother walked in and at the time he was only 4-5 so I ignored him and continued practicing until he started teasing me about not knowing how to use a Yoyo so I threw it at his head and instead it hit his face so we started fighting and then we hear footsteps and turned out it was my dad coming to check on us and we’re still fighting when he walked into the room so he grounded us and left us now the entire time I was staring at my brother pissed obviously so I said “You shouldn’t have tried to upstage me “ and he countered back and we started arguing again and our dad walked back in our room and heard the argument we were having so he took my YoYo away and I never saw it again
I'm convinced parents & just older people in general look at you like this when you have a hobby you greatly enjoy because they're jealous of your happiness & lack thereof with themselves.

how do you stop the yoyo from tilting because i've seen multiple people do a break away throw and the yoyo doesn't tilt when you do combos. but when i do a break away throw it starts off straight but when i start doing combos is keeps tilting. i've tried tips that people say but none of them work. it would be very helpful if you help me with this. thanks
Well, if it started off fine, then it probably means your yoyo is unstable. Try doing other tricks instead! But if it didn't start off fine, it means your throw is crooked. Try watching tutorials on yotricks to help keep it aligned.
