Follow the dilution ratio directions on the detergent you're using. If you would like some options, check out our Detergent Selector Guide here: bit.ly/3YBAZwN

Hi Scott, the Operator's Manual on page 12 states "Using a hose or a bucket, fill the solution tank to the 'MAX 85L' mark. For conventional scrubbing: Use hot water and pour a recommended cleaning detergent into the solution tank according to the mixing instructions on the container." Email us at service@southeasternequipment.net if you need a copy of the manual.

Mine the water isn’t draining. I drained it and some water is still in the tank on top ?

Hi Ruby! A little water left in the solution tank is normal, just leave the lid open for it to air dry. If there is a significant amount of water left in the solution tank, there may be a clog somewhere -- possibly in the drain hose. If you still need assistance, give us a call at 803-252-0100, option 3 or email .

My machine is putting water in the floor and appears to suck it up but the output of water is very minimal. What could that be? I have checked all filters and they are good.

According to the Troubleshooting section of the Operator's Manual, little or no solution flow could be the result of the following: Solution tank is empty, clogged solution tank filter, discharged batteries, clogged solution valve, solution flow control knob set too low, or loose screw on control knob. If you'd like to set up a service call, please reach out at 803-252-0100 and select option 3.

I'm having the same problem. I was hoping for a better answer. Maybe that is just how they are made.
