I heard to keep taking prenatal vitamins for quite awhile after pregnancy. And also pumpkin seed oil pills is good to take too. Did you keep taking the prenatal afterwards?
I'm due next month I gotta make sure I take that all the time at least for 6 to 8 months after.
I know I'm sitting here watching with a bald head(no pun intended)postpartum knocked my socks clean off😂😂😒😔
I use castor oil daily on my scalp and hair when I had post partum shedding. I also washed my hair with garlic shampoo and conditioner for up to a year later. And protective styles. Wore scarves and left my hair alone. I noticed improvement within 6 to 8 weeks. Remain consistent and you'll see results.

Pregnancy is hard on the body and it'll take a while before your hormones level back out. Just continue to take your prenatal vitamins and it should help.
That's what I told someone, that is what I heard. I might double up on it 3 times a week and regular the rest of it. Also pumpkin seed oil pills are good for hair loss too.

My hair is shorter in the back & longer in the front...I burned the middle lower section of my hair going towards my neck with a pressing comb when I was about 18, that was 9 years ago & it never grew the same again. How can I fix it? Start over? You have a pretty healthy length of hair btw :)
