I loved the way how SRK jumped in and kind of saved Aliya from an uncomfortable question on her getting success too soon. He is such a gem of a person.
Shahrukh is so articulate, and you can tell he is well read, experienced and seasoned. he speaks so well. I could listen to him talk forever. He is always so praising, supportive and loving to his co-actors.

really felt it when he said "I would never romanticise my struggle because i can only romanticise the fac that i am motherless and fatherless." He's worked really hard and still does to maintain the stardom he has.
The last time I remember SRK highly praise someone performance is Kajol....

Fred J he praises all his leading ladies no matter how good or how bad they are.. he makes sure they are comfortable and happy with him.. its just his personality.. he would have said the same if anushka or deepika was there instead of alia..
No. I know his personality over the years thats why I love him but I think he over-praised Alia performance similarly like Kajol in many interviews...
vp9825 is right. If you check jab take hai Jaan making, he's praised Anushka as well. Infact he's praised her more, he said she reminds him of himself. And this is film companion, everyone praises everyone. You're supposed to talk, and as you keep talking you voice some thoughts that you never even realized you thought & sometimes you just say things because there's nothing to say... because only film companion over analyzes things. The actors are actually really tired & are just doing it to stay relevant and give people an insight into their work .
And in Harry met Sejal he said Anushka remind him of Kajol. So he's compared Anushka to himself & Kajol. Doesn't that make that the highest praise? So at the end of the day, during promotions if you carefully observe all actors are praising each other because interviewers are coaxing it out of them .

shah rukh is like a guru of everything, he does not mind putting himself down at any given accasion, and not feel insecure, this is why he is the badshah, becuase he acts like one.
Alia comes from a privileged background while SRK has managed to be where he is on his own without any family connections or privilege...Both SRK and Alia are talented actors but SRK is much greater as a person....

There is no comparison in anyway, at all. Having said that I would also like to add one more thing which is there are so many actors and actresses who come and go from privilege and Bollywood background but only those who were talented survive. No background can ever make you survive but your own talent.
Ofcourse SRK is all time legend of Indian Cinema

Shahrukh khan is an amazingly intelligent guy .. he was awarded sword of HONOR at DU because he excelled in every field .. i think if he would have excelled in any carrier he would have chosen .. its more than talent , he is really Blessed ..
only one complain ...the beginning ...Anupama forgot the background ..Alia is daughter of a Great Filmmaker ..her struggles in getting a' break ' in movie is quite different from the struggle of a non-filmy background ..just 2 reach to the audition level may take 2 to 3 years....

Once again It was Astounding +Film Companion.I'm a huge fan of ShahRukh Khan and I watch every interview or anything that comes out,Honestly What I like about Anupama Mam is how she brings out the real character naturally which I have never seen them before.Also the questions which were asked by showing Alia's new house to Shahrukh,It is something out of the box.

Heard that people tend to exaggerate their struggles at the pinnacle of success, However, this doesn't stand true for him. all in all, alia is a package, she's sensational. truly shaped up to be or maybe revealed it periodically by just letting it flow from within, with films. enough to be one of the best performers of bollywood and certainly the best amongst the younger generation of star kids, male and female combined. an acting star at 23, possibly an all time legend of indian films in the making, in future.

What the hell,what is this comparision between SRK's journey and alia's journey,comparing their inital journeys doesn't make any sense,he is a legend and will always always be,nobody on this planet can have or even ever think of having the love and respect he got,or the things the man achieved.People complain about nepotism,which is a real issue,but think on this once,who do you think you respect and admire.Were Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan a result of nepotism,a absolute NO,the life he lives,the struggles he went through is very obviously uncomparable to anybody like Alia bhatt.
Bhoopesh Bhola Alia was carefully and preciously launched by Karan Johar. And so are few other young actors under Dharma production. But there is no comparison between the 2, that’s why I Love watching interviews when it is with someone who’s been along the same journey or timeline they are comfortable with each other and laugh over the ups and downs of starting out. But the format and management of the industry has change for the better so newer artist are better prepared.

SRK is one of those very very rare actors, who are also extremely intellectual and naturally great speakers of knowledge and wisdom.
I remember reading one of his interviews where he said, "pay attention to me, you might learn something". I am so glad to your fan since I saw Darr, I was 8 or 9, and I have ever since followed your footsteps towards my own goals and successes and I have achieved great things and relations in life. At 23 yrs I think she is old enough and capable enough to answer questions about her career. I wish SRK had given her more of a chance to speak, seems he likes the sound of his own voice too much :p
