If there were an LR super vegeta I already know what his SA would be. His 12 ki would be spirit break cannon from the int super vegeta, and for his 18 ki it would be final burst cannon similar to the super vegeta and super trunks card, and obviously his active skill would be final flash

I think the thing is, this theme is for Vegeta doing his final flash, after made a fool of by cell. He had enough, and "he would show him who the prince of all saiyans is". This is very fitting for Vegeta during his final flash, but the theme for dokkan is when Vegeta is saying he is super Vegeta, which is him highlighting how strong he is, which makes his ost sound more celebratory if you wanted to word it that way.
