Im 40 minutes in and I'm very confused. I understand some of the hate, but I don't understand the depth of the hate. The only things I think he did wrong is: 1. not have extra money in case something went wrong (biggest issue). 2. messing up and still being cocky about it, when he really shouldn't be (which seems to be why y'all are coming at him so hard, Austin Holloman is the same way and it annoys me too, I get it). 3. He is pushing the $762 narrative when he really went to Sousa for five days on a $2062 budget including his flight and ABB. You can do anyplace in the world on a $400/day budget.
He is basically a budget traveler. They already exist everywhere. There are already travelers who have their subscribers pay for everything through a Patreon or superchats, that's not original or dangerous either. I could do $150/day and pay for my hotel, I don't know about in Sousa because I haven't been. But I could do it in Santo Domingo, Las Terrenas, Santiago, or La Vega, the places I have been. That's plenty of money.
