I think the pale shimmer in the middle of the lid pulls the look together!! If you just did a complete black eye it would probs looks so much with the dark lip! Xx

Tbh if you don't do both dramatic eyes and lips it can look unbalanced or washed out. Also dark lips look lush on you you have nothing to fear
