Pie with apples and currants. Simple and delicious

This spectacular, original pie is not difficult to prepare. We knead a simple cottage cheese dough, and for the filling we use two apples and two handfuls of any berries. The cake turns out aromatic, moderately moist and very tasty. Bon appetit!

80 g softened butter
100 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
2 eggs
150 g cottage cheese
100 g flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 medium apples
8 tsp. frozen currants (cranberries, cherries, red currants)
2 tsp. Sahara
