I suggest, change your talisman into aspd. Your skills reduce cooldown when you hit crit dmg.
2 pcs lvl 40 access white and 1 lvl25 aspd talisman

Then copy another triangle slot skill to your co player stalker class. So you can cast 2 similar skill with crit chance

@@Mochy4Gaming haste is the way to go. aspd+normal attacks means more miss hits to high agi gypsy or monk. I'm aiming for a total of -30s cd for unli skill build.
