U gotta understand , Audi Quattro is different . Quattro „ All Wheel Drive.“ of Audi is perhaps the best currently in the world . The most advanced compared to any 4 Wheel drive Tech. It really takes a lot to get an Audi to lose traction .
@@FireLord263 Yeah , we all get that quattro is nice , but physics still apply to it. It's not hard to loose traction with a quattro , i did it a couple times. What you saw the guy doing was fighting for traction , you do that when you are already loosing traction , but don't want to slow down. It is quite easy to control with a quattro car , but it is at the point where if you mess up , you messed up. So doing that while there is oncoming traffic is just plain stupid.

Don't think this is what most of the Autobahn is like.... half of it has a speed limit of 130km/h and there are plenty of asshats pulling out in front of you without looking. Going fast is very tiring, draining because you always have to assume that the guy a mile ahead pulls out without looking. Ok, that sounds weird, but in car terms it's correct.

Yep, das war einfach eine Spur zu schnell für öffentlichen Straßenverkehr, zumal bei der Verkehrsdichte. Hätte aber auch bei gleicher Geschwindigkeit wesentlich weniger spektakulär ausgesehen, wenn es sich nicht um so einen sackschweren, übermotorisierten Lieferwagen gehandelt hätte und er nicht schon beim Einlenken die Vorderreifen überfahren hätte.

I drive the same car and even though it has lots of torque, people tend to forget that it is very heavy. Many other cars with less power and 200kg less will match its acceleration and even beat it. I think the M2 simply stopped accelerating at around 260km/h

I would have been even more impressed if he had avoided the situation altogether by using common sense and situational awareness, my friend. He is too fixated on driving fast, and there is far too much going on in the right-hand lane to justify this speed. Good road drivers drive to suit the conditions, and it was glaringly obvious that he was going way too fast long before he was forced to apply the brakes. So instead of using driving skill he had to rely on technology to get himself out of trouble, which begs the question: why was he in trouble to begin with? And the answer is - his lousy driving!

After holiday, in the czech republic, my ride home to the netherlands costed me 8 hours. 1350 km in 8 hours... thanks to the Autobahn... Loved it... I drive there every year to Austria for Ski holiday...

Update? The rs6 is about a half ton heavier and its a combi. Its just to much to be a lot faster than an M2. So the difference is noticeable at very fast speed.
Same happened. I had a 2015 rs7 and bought a used n55 m2 for weekend fun. Got used to the smaller size, sold the rs7 and ended up buying a 992. And kept the m2 for trackdays.

Mate - I am not a slow driver, and I competed in a modified R35 GTR on many race tracks with some reasonable results. But I really do not think you should be chasing cars at those speeds on public roads. At 1:30 you were around 9 tenths on a right hander on a single lane stretch with oncoming traffic - that is seriously uncool. Get on some tracks with other drivers in performance vehicles and show us how good you really are. On public roasd please drive carefully - that's someone's children coming in the opposite direction.
Love the way you were sawing at the wheel like a typical rage-fuelled Audi driver on speed, whilst the M2 pootled around that last bit of slip road. It looks like you were on the ragged edge of the RS6 whilst the M2 driver changed radio stations and turned down the AC a little. Top skillZ

I have a RS7 2016, but I have a very special feeling for the M2s..mostly the manual transmission ones..
Same happened. I had a 2015 rs7 and bought a used n55 m2 for weekend fun. Got used to the smaller size, sold the rs7 and ended up buying a 992. And kept the m2 for trackdays.
@@fer1306 I would buy a manual bmw M car, but would never stay without a RS Audi. My next RS car is the RS6 avant, still thinking what will replace my A3... Maybe a new 2021 golf gti with a manual transmission.

Trouble is when somebody puts there foot down in any performance car of any note you only go by at snail's pace to overtake them, and it's painful to watch.

Tatsächlich bin ich aber deutscher und fahre seit jahren auf unserer lieben unbegrenzten autobahn, die wir hoffentlich noch lange haben. Keine sorge, ich kenne also staus, baustellen und berufsverkehr.

Expected the RS6 to be much more faster. Now i understand why RS6 stand no Chance vs M5 or E63 AMG. The Gearbox seems to be sloppy too.

Amazing video, such a huge difference to Scotland, Britain in general actually. Performance cars nowadays are completely safe at high speeds even with average skills. But in this country you are literally blocked by other motorists who feel that having a passion for cars and driving quickly means satan himself is driving behind them so they decide to take the law into there own hands and brake check you and refuse to move,”and worse” I’ve worked in many foreign countrys and generally when a faster car approaches they just move over. Exactly as it should be here!! , and the roads would flow so much smoother. Anyway sorry for the rant😂😂, awesome video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻and the woman driving the m2, absolutely amazing 😻,every. Mate - I am not a slow driver, and I competed in a modified R35 GTR on many race tracks with some reasonable results. But I really do not think you should be chasing cars at those speeds on public roads. At 1:30 you were around 9 tenths on a right hander on a single lane stretch with oncoming traffic - that is seriously uncool. Get on some tracks with other drivers in performance vehicles and show us how good you really are. On public roasd please drive carefully - that's someone's children coming in the opposite direction.

Love the way you were sawing at the wheel like a typical rage-fuelled Audi driver on speed, whilst the M2 pootled around that last bit of slip road. It looks like you were on the ragged edge of the RS6 whilst the M2 driver changed radio stations and turned down the AC a little. Top skillZ
the most ive had my porsche up to is 140mph here in the states would love to drive the autobahn
