Everything that people watching the XFactor believed they "knew" about Marlisa is true. She IS incredibly humble, polite and caring (and, of course, immensely talented and stunningly beautiful, which she had bestowed upon her by her mom). And, lastly, Marlisa is two more things that will serve her well in the years to come (again, she is only 20 years old, we all might want to remember), Marlisa Punzalan is VERY smart and very motivated... Stand By You MV seems to be like rushed. I bet those scenes were shot during her home visits. However, seems like to video tends represents her family and friends who stood by her during her whole journey in X Factor. Simple due to her age, I guess
Of course they're rushed. Everyone only find out on Monday night who wins and they have to shoot in a couple of days. Those scenes were filmed in Blacktown after she won, not during the home visits. It's actually a great video given the time pressures.

The video is very personal to her, it has her fans, friends from school and some teachers in it and it's supposed to be representing everyone who supported her and stood by her and I know this because I go to school with her. Some of this video was actually filmed last wednesday so it's not that rushed and I think she's done a brilliant job on this, especially being a 15 year old, so proud of you Marlisa.
The video is so simple and the song is so powerful, I loved the video despite its simplicity. It is quite a strong message and it didn't need a major production for the video. You can focus on the words and listen to what the song could mean to her and others.
