Opened my box yesterday and WOW!! This was my first purchase from A&O and the packaging is so luxurious!!! I loved everything!! I was going to cancel after this box but…..nope 😂
It’s such an experience right?! They’re not always my favorite aesthetic but my goodness there are more good ones than ‘meh’ ones!!

It is interesting that washi doesn’t fit great in the case; they should have tested that more. But I do love it all! TFS

I agree about the grid. It just guides my handwriting. But… I it would have to lighter in color.

You can also use the loop for tools like scissors and tweezers.
I wouldn’t use for tweezers but I’m definitely going to try my smaller scissors!

Yup totally agree! I really hope they start doing more! I’m trying not to be too sad that the composition notebook in this box was a missed opportunity 😭
Hope you are adjusting well to your new life. Wonder if the washi strap would work with a thinner journal. Maybe put a small pair of scissors on the strap with the sharp tip down in the pocket?
I am doing SO WELL! God knew what I needed ♥️ I don’t have any journals thinner that I’d want to try with the cover, but yes to a small pair of scissors!
I am curious why you ladies would want graph paper instead of the dot grid? I have lines in the journal I’m using today and I find them limiting. So I am looking forward to moving to a grid.
I think my eyes like graph more than dot! And I like that I can “see” both dots (where the lines intersect) AND lines depending on what I’m using it for.

On the loop in the case? Interesting idea, I’ll try it! I guess it could be looped by the handle and then blade tucked into the pocket 🤔🤔
