Fundamental Duties : Non Justicable but parliament can enacte it only Indian citizens has duties
Article 51A ,Part - 4A Amended (11 sub parts before it was 10 ) by 42nd constitutional amendment 1976
51A(a) = Respect Constituion it's Ideals ,flag and national anthem
51A(b) = to cherish & follow noble ideas which inspired national struggle for freedom
C = to uphold unity, sovereignty , dignity and integrity
D = to defend our country whenever needed
E = brotherhood Respect all cultures and languages diverse unity
No practices which harms women's dignity
F = preserve our rich culture
G = to protect natural environment (lakes rivers etc) and compassion for living beings
H = to develop reasoning ability inquiry (based on own development)
I = protect public property's and to abjure violence
J = own development ( sports , doctor , etc) move towards Excellence

Duty of parents to provide education to there childrens under 6 to 14 years
Prevention of insults to national honour Act 1971
