Honestly, watching this now as Napoi has won their scudetto it hurts a tiny bit. The amount of character and quality and the ability to finish our chances of last season was meant to us winning the scudetto. He is almost 41 years old now and he played with the torn ACL all season, but that didn't stop him from making Milan the champion of the Serie A again after a long time. Been a Milan fan since 2002 when Italy came to Japan for the World Cup when I was 10. Waking up in 4AM every week to watch a Serie A game live in Japan. Sometime very hard to see the discouraging games, which lasted for years. But it all paid off with this big W. Big congrats to all of the fans in the world.
Leao was so good and crucial this season. He won games all on his own.

This truly made the difference in this thrilling season, since Milan did not have the strongest team, nevertheless they became the strongest, game-by-game, thanks to such unity. My son and wife were asleep and it was a hectic day. When Bennacer scored the 3rd goal, I tried so hard to control myself. Its the best moment of the season for me. 23/10/2021...

Let me tell you something. I became a Milan fan just when they started to offload all the greats, the season after they won their last scudetto, i became a fan. We kept having terrible results, season after season after season and I thought to myself maybe i picked the wrong team. I never left though, i kept watching the team lose, i kept watching after they brought in the 6th manager, i kept watching after the team changed ownership. I kept watching, stuck through it all! 11years of heartbreaking seasons!! When this season came and we won?! It made this scudetto MINE! all the past Milan fans have theirs but this one is MINE! When I moved to Milan was when I rediscovered my love for football or calcio as they call it. I knew there were two big clubs. All my friends asked me who I preferred, Inter or Milan? At that time, Inter won the UCL with Mourinho and Milan won what would be their last Scudetto for just over a decade. I always loved A.C. Milan and I am so happy to see them get back on top.
