    I agree with Joel Hershberger 100%. As I said before, anyone can make a video. Just position the camera and walk away. But not everyone can tell a story. That takes a special talent. When I watch a video I like to know what’s going on, and you do a marvelous job of explaining the job at hand and how you’re going to tackle it. You’ve never let me down and that’s not only why I’ll keep coming back but also recommending the video to like minded people I know. By the way, you handle that root grapple and CTL like a master. Keep up the excellent work.

    I was in the process of buying the hi flow XCT-3 with mulching teeth and impulse shopped the 72” rock-root bucket. Can’t wait for them to get here! Thanks again for the videos

    Been doing a bunch like that with a grapple, but your Deere’s handling it a lot better then my wheel’d bobcat s130. 👍

    On the cylinder of the grapple ill try to explain this the best I can. The cylinders have a psi operating range not sure what range they have. Basically when you picked up the tree in the manner you did the force of the trees pushing against the cylinder exceeded the max psi and instead of blowing the cylinder out it released some pressure. Hopefully this makes sense.

    I think you are going to hear this on both sides. I seen someone say you talk too much. I think you talk just enough. I enjoy the commentary. Keep up the great work. Remember you can't please everyone. You just need to please most and they will continue to come back. I will continue to come back. I have enjoyed your content. Thanks for sharing.

    You should try a tree puller, a little rocking back and fourth and up you go, you have a lot more control and less time trying to position the machine but still you got it. I have a 12' but they make them up to like 30" I think I paid $1,200. $1,300.

    About the cylinders on the grapple, friend of mine had a similar Deere and his was the switch going bad and was letting low voltage travel back to the close solenoid/module to make them close. Wouldn’t do it all the time and could “quick tap” the switch usually to make it stop but eventually replaced it since it was more annoying than the switch cost. First time viewer and imo the story to or about the job at hand was fine with me, I like to hear commentary vs some arrogant snob expecting us to know everything. Keep the vids coming, I will watch and listen but if its too long winded I have a mute button like everybody else but I know how to se it and continue to enjoy the video at hand. Keep doing you its your show anyway.👍🏻👍🏻

      I know right! Last year it was the yellow flies (deer flies) that were really bad here, and I mean they would swarm my truck by the hundreds when I pulled into our drive. This year I've maybe seen 2 or 3 but the gnats are way worse this year. I don't get it LOL

    Check your dump valve for pressure loss.

    The Deere machines in general will usually be up in the top of the machines for pure lifting power and still have good stability. The lift cylinders may not be huge but the linkage gives it alot of mechanical advantage. I have an older 270 Deere and have lifted a 3800 lb lathe in the middle of a 4x8 pallet no problem. Thats the biggest scaled load i have picked, but did pick up a large brown and sharp horizontal mill with it and it was much heavier but don't know how much. It looks like the tilt cylinders have been upgraded and are bigger than the older machines.

    • @idigit4967
      @idigit4967  4 роки тому

      Yeah it will definitely lift vertically no doubt. I got my old mini which was a Deere 35D stuck on the mud last year. It weighed right at 8K and we chained it up to the 329 and it lifted it up on the blade all the way up until only the very tip of the tracks were touching the ground. I was extremely impressed. But I think the arm cylinders are stock. No one at the Deere dealership has said anything about them being upgraded and they replaced the pins and bushings on those cylinders last year.

      I drove a rented John Deere 331 a few times, very nice machine. I bought a T870 though because the Deere machines were more expensive by a large margin, the used ones at least,

    Pines normally have a taproot that is half as long as the tree is tall.

    2 things.... 1.tree on the container probably not the most respectful incident, yeah it probably didn't hurt it but u don't want something ik that landing on a container, matter of respecting personal property. 2. Kinda goes with 1. should of raised the tree higher so it wouldn't hurt the hose, runnin over it not really of a big deal but it goes back to respecting personal property

      Great question Adam! No, it wasn't compared to other competitor models, about half the price of a blue diamond grapple. Let me know if you have any other questions! Thank you for watching and commenting!

      Dont disconnect the alarm. There are to many idiots out there that would walk right behind it and hopefully that alarm would scare the crap out of them and they wouldn't do it again. Great alert alarm.

      For those that say you talk to much is because they think they know more than the info your sharing. Maybe they should be making videos instead of watching them! I just watch and see what new information I can get to make me more knowledgeable on what I try to do in getting better! Word to the Wise
