You can get 42/44% with sub zero kameo and 1 bar, you should try it! You freeze after any starter, ex ghostball, 44 portal (release the ball ass you cast it) jump 234, ground 44 excorsism, jump 1244 teleport.

The only thing I dont like from noob saibot is the ghostball its so slow when you throw it compared to mk11 it was more fast, but overall noob saibot is the fastest character than the others like cryax and sektor. and the detonation pop up launcher is very charismatic to reach some air combos and you don't have to spent meter, guess you can If yo want but usually it connect for a sequence follow up combo after you deliver the ghostball.
