Manually hold in the contactor closed and test resistance of each phase through the contactor
(de energized of course). Measure for voltage drop when energized Burnt contacts can be caused by bad windings, cables, terminations,etc. I would then use Mega Ohm meter to test circuit after contactor if passes
VOM testing. Replacing contactor does not gaurantee you found the cause!
