Yep. That’s a classic anime trope that I believe Dragonball started. You think the villain’s final form is going to be large monster but they turn into a humanoid form, a spin on a classic “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover” saying. the trope is called Bishōnen Line

In my opinion, this final form is Freeza's most intimidating looking form. The previous forms looked monstrous, but this one looks cold and heartless. Not intended to look scary, exactly, but intended to look uncaring and calculating.

But to give you a inch of an idea, the less powerful explosion that you see at the beginning have the power of a nuclear explosion so yeah big boom badaboom
they are somewhat accurate but you shouldn't warship it like it's the true scaling.

I don't know if it's worth a reaction video or not, but you guys should check out the band "Maximum the Hormone"; they've done some really interesting and great metal songs about anime (they did the song about Freeza that he requests as a ringtone when he got the new scouters a few episodes back). They also did a few songs for the anime Death Note and the music video for Zetsubou Billy is actually REALLY good.
