i felt so uninspired and burnt out for a long time 🥲 but feeling proud of my healing journey so far & hope you can connect to my story in some way! what’s something you do to feel inspired when you’re burned out? ✨
thank you so much for this video!! 💞 as a classical musician, i can relate to feeling burned out and unmotivated to practice, especially after a busy concert season. something that helps me recover from burnout is taking walks around my neighborhood and just looking at nature! it helps me feel refreshed, and a bit of exercise always helps~ 😊
I often think about how I felt more creative and imaginative as a child, but as an adult I'm more worried about being good at things or avoiding failure and embarrassment. "Just try" is a great motto. I personally try to remember to focus on the fun and follow my curiosity. Rooting for you always!
I totally understand the sticker hoarding! I do it too, even now. Part of why I think journaling helps is it lets me use all the things I've just been holding on to (like inks, and washi tapes outside of stickers)
welcome back jenn! :) cant wait for more videos and vlogs. I also really love the design and colour theme of ur apartment - if you're ever interested to make an apartment tour, ill be sure to watch! :)
So glad to see you back! ❤ I've been going through creative burnout too & recently tried a resin art class. It was really therapeutic & great for me to know that art is imperfect.
I totally hear you on the stickers! I used to hoard them and have a sticker book but never used them bc they felt so precious to me. But lately been using sooo many stickers esp in my planner and scrapbooking and it’s been giving me so much joy! And then I don’t feel as bad buying or getting gifted more since I’m using them at least 😅
I love this style of content! I’ve also been re-connecting with my creative/comfort hobbies, so it’s really inspiring to watch others doing similar activities and discover new or old parts of themselves 😊
🤍🤍🤍!! unfortunately i relate heavily!! i try to clean my physical space (that cursed Pile of Clothes That Are Not Fully Dirty..,,) and opt for reading over doomscrolling :,)
