My first thought was "wish nahida" but Walmart works better. Wish implies a bad version that doesn't do what it is supposed to, it just tries to pretend it can. Walmart is just off-hand, and can be as good, or in some rare cases better. So it works much better here.
I've her on crit rate and spectro DMG bonus ... i don't think I'll ever go energy regen. I like the way she is now.. quick to swap in the battlefield while having some time as well. Well I am a casual player in these types of games.

I dont think so Its a vaoble options but in my opinion Energy regen is more valuable And Voyager not only scales with ER, but also gives like 12 energy from its passive

Nah, that's really not optimal. You'll be losing the secondary effects of both piece. I suggest going Healing/ER/ATK%/ATK%/ATK%
