Also, you must consider that she T-boned the car, so the car that got hit took the full brunt of 100mph at it's weakest point on the vehicle. Then add the fact the driver is traveling head in to the other car., So the effect of the airbags will help, as side bags aren't as effective. Then add the fire....wow and that intersection is always crowded.

You know how much of a hassle it is to become a truck driver. That’s one of the reasons people don’t become drivers because its very well paid I went from making 20k a year to 100k and if it’s very well paid than everybody would be doing it but since it’s difficult to pass the test and complete the hours of training that most don’t even bother or can never pass and get their cdl. She’s been charged with 6 counts of murder and 5 counts of vehicular homicide. This all sounds good, but I worked in Law Enforcement for 26 years, and I’ll tell you how this will all turn out. The defense, whether public or private, will offer a plea deal. The lazy D.A.’Office will take the deal because they don’t want to put forth the time and effort to try the case , so they will take the deal, and the judge will approve it. The result of this is that this murderous woman will get a slap on the wrist!☹️That’s how the Criminal Injustice System in this country works! Stay tuned , and see if I’m not right on the money with this!!

Plus if you look at the video, The cars in the left-hand turn lane, you can see two of them, both of their brake lights were on, as well as the car that was in the right hand turn lane which is a Prius, also brake lights were on… She Went through that intersection at full speed, no brake lights

Everyday I witness people driving recklessly and at high rates of speed. These people think they’re such great drivers because they can press a gas pedal and steer a wheel. These people cause other drivers to react to their recklessness. I see it everyday on Los Angeles freeways. This latest accident is not surprising. 100 mph on a surface street? Really lady?

The first time I saw the crash, I remember thinking, "OK, that black car will be OK, they made it through the intersection"... and I was in utter disbelief that the Mercedes was going so fast that she still plowed into them. This is the worst and most tragic crash I've ever seen. 😞

I grew up in that area, lived there for decades. She was coming down a huge hill on La Brea. There isn’t a stop light for a little under 2 miles maybe, coming down it. It’s a little steep. If her brakes were not working, I can imagine this could happen. BUT at the speed she was going, it looked like she was accelerating down it. Seemed like this was on purpose. It’s SO much traffic in that area due to its 2 major streets and the 4 gas stations located on each corner.
I’ve driven on that street multiple times. There are accidents, but nothing this horrific.

This had to be deliberately done. She looks like she was going about 80 MPH when she T-bones the first car. She also NEVER hits the brakes. You can see that if you slow down the video.

That is not normal driving. I mean, traffic at the intersection was busy so there is absolutely *NO WAY* one could have chanced running the Red light. which leads me to believe that there is more to this unfortunate accident than meets the eye. It would be interesting to hear what the accused driver had to say. My condolences to the families of the victims although I'm aware that condolences are not an antidote for mental / emotional suffering.
