Classic Hero Wars tactic: be patient, stash everything and than try to spend when it's best opportunity or at last hours (days) of the event. Thanks Charlie for warrning us and giving us a hint.
Good advice. Personally, I don't do ANY fights until the very last day. Reason: mathematically, to maximize your resources, one must first upgrade the Material Seeker to at least 3 stars (not sure when the law of diminishing returns kicks in since we don't know how much energy will be available during the event but 3 stars has been a minimum during Augustus and Lara Croft events). To do that, you need specific materials. If you start collecting those materials right away by doing the fights, you will always have leftovers (thus, wasted fights and energy). I always wait until I get the needed materials from the Path of Glory. For instance, during the Augustus event, I had to get to Reward 19 before I could do any fights or I would have a leftover material. Once you collect all the materials from the Path of Glory, you may upgrade the Material Seeker without doing a single fight. And it is a big plus because every fight now brings you more materials. Right of the bat, from the very 1st fight, you get more materials
Be careful though. As it looks like developers didn't like players doing math. This time around, they divided the event into chapters. So looks like mini boss fights are a must before you can collect materials from the Path of Glory I will do mine on the last day of this 4-day Chapter 1
Each boss fight earns you what it cost (6 pizza but also 250 energy for the path to glory) as you complete a quest in the special events. This quest ends in 3 days' time, at the end of act 2, so I don't think it's worth waiting, at least not for the first fight.
@@olivierdedry3006 Yup. That is why I noted that this time, I'll be doing fights on day 4 (last day of Chapter 1). Looks like leftover materials are unavoidable now. Developers do everything for you to start spending real money
@@GustavoHenrique575 We don't know that yet but it doesn't matter because the quests rewarding you for minion battles will be gone. So you should still do the minion battles
There is a quest in the 4 day event, Pizza Code. This is required to max out the Path of Glory. So you need to fight some battles, so that you don't waste those battles, you need to level up the Material Seeker.
i wish i had this info sooner.. lol I was running ep all the sub bosses to get the Cowabunga Great Victory rewards... SO do i only need to do the top big boss for those rewards??
Seems plausible, however you do have the special event called Guardians in a Half Shell Part One which is giving you pizza anyway, and I would say there will be a Part 2 through 5 which will give even more pizza opportunities, leveling the workshop won't hurt, getting that precious turtle coins, first day netted 250k coins which got my turtles from white all the way to orange +2, and 4 stars.
Great update Charlie, much appreciated. Keep it up. PS is there any chance you can do a video on Ascension skills, there are 2 paths, 1 for hero class and 1 for individual heros, do we need both, pros and cons of the 2 paths, do they favour a certain type of playing style? do they both need different resources?
I’d like to note that in the Lara event, the amount of shop coins for each battle significantly decreased when they added the Pick rewards. Hopefully they either don’t lower the coin reward this time, or they have an option to fight different battles for picks or coins, depending on whether players prefer the shop rewards or gambling for dolls.
Yeah, this is good advice. I've tossed this to my guildees, along with some guidance on a 30% win for 170 without buffs. There's no reason to be in a rush. Build up event energy/currency for later.
Are you saying to wait a week because the picks will become available on the lower missions? Or, are you saying don't do the lower missions more than once because there are better rewards to be had in a week. I'm assuming we'll have to do each lower node at least once to reach the later stages of the event.
If you level up the night vision goggles now, you'll get way more material to make spray cans with later. Don't waste your picks on unpainted vases either...
alright so, im a kinda new guy with team level 64... power at 111k. i did the event and im tryna get ninja turtles to purple rn. i think i've already bought 4 of the lesser hero soul stone chest, because i missed out last month (because i havent played for a month and it was on day 28) and the cosmic season. so, was it worth it? or should i buy something else??
So according to nexter's website, future (after this event ends) turtles soul stones will only be available to people who logged in and got the turtles. What I'm wondering is...is this the same for Lara Croft...or will there be a future event that will allow people who started playing HW after the original Lara Croft event to get her soul stones and summon her (similar to Augustus)?
oh they just do the same thing. You have 24hs to spend as much coin as you can in trying to claim them. That's what happened with Lara and people spent tons just to get 10 of them. Hopefully they do it differently
I alrdy knew. I am waiting impatiently for more chapters (have fought all enemies once) Edit: oh picks for the vasebreaker thing? I didn't know that part
If that,it don't need 3 week to let you finished all task ,previous, I always complained have no enough time to finished all lv boss. And I don't know if they will change rules again
Does anyone know how many workshop materials will be needed for each level of Material Seeker (light blue Skylite, dark purple ?, and white Chrometal)? We can see that the first level requires 5/5/7,
The augustus event was different, and you could get the dolls and soul stones from the shop itself. You cannot get more ninja turtles soul stones from the shop right now. They may add them in the future (data mining shows no) but not right now.
Why they make event so complicated... ? So you can still do chapter 1 when chapter 2 goes live? Because chapter 1 might poof and you might lose stuff.. New players are going to be so confused.
I appreciate the heads up. I actually hope this is not really needed. If the best way to play the game, is to not play the game, the developers have failed miserably. Because that is what this advice is.
Most players have no hope of getting deep into those boss fights anyway, and once p4 starts they’ll have plenty of time to farm what bosses they *can* beat with our guides
Had to ruin your perfect 444 Likes with a 445TH like. XD I remember that disappointment in your video of the Lara Event and will now as Guildmaster warn my Guild.
what a trash event, do nothing. I don't remember any game what has such events when player is smart if not do anything but just wait. The whole point would be to play with the game.
The best thing you can do is leave the game finally. Developers make stupid events to make money. The quality of events declined a lot - I see nothing I would want to pay for.

1 question, the previous chapter will gone when the new chapter released, or all they will become available until the end?

Thanks for sharing. I haven't done the event yet. I spent the whole day with the team training them and being thier sanyasi. R.I.P Splinter.

I leveled up one each of the relics and completed through level 210. Still have a good number of pizza available so we will see
i will try to upgrade the material output before i even start to fight the minions once
do you think the 20x should be done for stage 1 "Shadow Hunt" tasks or just stop at boss battles
Nuts, wish I would've known before I 4-Starred My Turtles.
I love it! I hope we get to keep them among our heroes!

good work my brother

so suggestion is just clear the chapter and wait; nothing more.
How can i beat forest edge please?
I appreciate the heads up.

the problem with waiting is you have to abandon the run up to level 400 boss. you won't have time to do all the .01% win chance fights
Most players have no hope of getting deep into those boss fights anyway, and once p4 starts they’ll have plenty of time to farm what bosses they *can* beat with our guides
too late for me 😢
The alliance version of this event leaves a lot lacking

Please tell us your teams!

@@HeroWarsCentral Thanks Charlie :)
Can't get through 170 no matter what I try with Marcus's pet
What a crock of crap here we go again....I already used a ton of my stuff all of those are at lvl 170 already

You are PtW player, so that advice do not count for THE real players who give them 0 $.
