Sam Diminich is the chef and owner of Restaurant Constance in the Wesley Heights neighborhood. Chef Sam has worked his way up in the restaurant ranks after growing up in the industry, attending culinary school, battling addiction and being homeless, then putting it all back together and creating one of the finest and most talked about restaurants in Charlotte. I cannot say enough about this guy and his passion for food, as well his devotion to the recovery community. Chef Sam, you are a breath of fresh air... and a great friend.
