Our Choice is pretty clear - we prefer it the Royal Way - no compromise in this dish in terms of spice mix - This dish tastes the best in its royal way of blending exotic rich and flavourful spices.
And Yes, we prefer this with Tandoori Rotis, Naan, Parathas, Or Plain Rotis.
STRICTLY NO with Rice !
Ingredients:-
Boiled Eggs - 4 nos.
Oil - Mustard Oil or Refined Oil
Ghee
Curd - 2 Tablespoons
Onion Paste - 2 Tablespoon
Ginger + Green Chilli Paste - 1 Tea spoon
Garlic paste - 1 Tea spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander (Dhania) Powder - 2 Tea spoons
Cumin (Jeera) Powder - 1 Tea spoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 Tea spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Sugar - For Taste Balance
Green Chillis
Soaked Almond Paste
Curd
Milk
Beresta Paste (Fried onion paste)
Cooking Process:-
1) STIR FRY the Boiled Eggs
2) SAUTE the spice mix on low Flame and then Add the Stir Fried Eggs, Pour little water to make a semi thick gravy and cover with lid
