i was TRAUMATIZED as a kid by a terrible dentist. He drilled holes in my teeth just to fill them so he could charge us/insurance. Now, at 41 years old, i have some of his terrible work starting to fail. The sides of two of my bottom rear molars have completely blown off and hurt like hell. I'm TERRIFIED to get anything done about it...

My parents tell me these stories, it sounded like dentists and doctors where so well respected that you would just do these procedures when they say it was needed. Id advise finding young professionals. In my experience there way more approachable and listen to what your problems are and try to fix those.

Research a biological functional wholistic dentist in your area. Consider a consult from them. When I went (after many many BAD dental experiences) I’ve been able to get to the core issues and have my teeth restored

My dentist didn’t use a gummy. They drilled in my gum and now my false tooth touches my bone. Antoine Dental! Then, they have you sign a paper saying it’s good before you even leave the chair! Houston Texas! Terrible! They gave me a false root canal too! All at the same time! Root canal with no stuff put in! Just nerves removed! Got infected and decayed stink! Went to a endo dentist! Didn’t know you could drill through a bridge to fix it! Insurance bridge can only be removed every 3 years
So sorry I’ve had bad ones to before but mine now is amazing

I had to have a tooth pulled because it completely cracked down the middle after a filling and it was causing me severe pain. Dentist told me she could give me a bridge so my teeth shift into the gap. She hasn't done it yet because there's some other work she wants to finish first. So watched this to get a idea of what she would do. I pictured a bridge being a fake tooth being inserted into the gum line permanently, it's not exactly what I expected it to be but if it's permanent and allows me to eat normally then I guess that doesn't matter.

Guys , it isn't permanent but it depends on where tooth was missing... so i jave a huge molar up missing... an implant seemed to scary for me since i didnt have a lot of bone there and healing and stuff takes a shit load of time. I choose a bridge , it remains between 12 tot 25 yearz... some people have it their whole life. Ill get mine in a few months
@@marialena5983 a bridge doesn't last more than 10 years without a replacement they re not permanent whatsoever , actually it can become more expensive than a scary implant because of how many times you might need to replace it or fix it during your lifetime

Super floss...just like Dental floss but the ends are harder so you can get it under the bridge.

The solution should be to have an implant instead a bridge. The bridges is an obsolete procedure which destroy two or more teet in order to replace one. This is a very bad idea.
