- Coolio - Gangsta's paradise was originally the soundtrack of "Dangerous Minds"(1995) but I think this music could have been the soundtrack of "The Principal"(1987) because both movies have almost the same theme. In my opinion "The Principal" is the original and the best movie about this theme. The latest versions are only "copies"...( Dangerous Minds(1995),The Substitude(1996), 187 (1997))..etc. So, enjoy my video, post something or choose finger:)

I lived just down the block when this movie was being filmed. The school was originally University High, then it became a junior college. Now its a very nice facility for seniors.
