I understand Kristin's knee-jerk defense of herself by insults. She is insulting herself before someone else can. It's a defense mechanism that makes me sad for her, though. She says more mean things about herself than anyone else ever could. If anyone but Kristin were saying this about Kristin, we would all be attacking them for being a bully.

Kristin was so skeptical about wearing her hair up, but she looks so good! We all have insecurities but I’m glad that she stepped out of her comfortzone and that the group was so verbal in their appreciation of her look. Sometimes even strong confident people need the support of friends to get that extra boost

I would like to see her hair actually up in a tight ponytail. Kristin always has it down. Don’t be afraid to try something new. As long as you find the right kind of shape then it’s going to look good on you.

Was just going to comment that! Just when she threw it up at the beach it was adorable and then the slick back is so posh too and defiantly elevated the dress.
Kristin actually makes me feel so confident to wear things that people say is “inappropriate” for a plus sized person to wear. Like in the video they made about booty shorts. But this entire series is just so awesome because it shows how difficult it is to find plus sized clothing!!!
Not only is difficult to find plus size, if you are curvy and mid size(10-14) is the real struggle because you dont fit in regular sizes and plus size is too big.
right!! i love it! I’m still on the lower end of plus size but my body dysphoria makes it rly hard for me to feel comfortable in any clothing and I feel like with plus size clothing it is rly hard to find flattering and trendy styles

I want to thank you for making this series.
I have a friend who is plus sized and a few years ago during a cross country move the movers lost ALL HER CLOTHES. She is a size 20/22 and years later still has not recouped from that loss fully.
At first I didn’t not understand what the big deal was, but watching your series made me call her and apologize to her. Because i really did not realize how hard it was for her to collect all those cute clothes! And how expensive it is. Some of those pieces she will never be able to get again and I felt so bad.
I can get clothes to fit me at most places but even if the items are in her size, getting things that fit well are so difficult.
Anyway, your series helped my friendship lol
I'm not plus sized, but I used to business travel. You never check stuff in unless you absolutely must.

Which, for the series and the friend was made an emergency by the airline. Which you absolutely should not depend on.
So - can't help withe the normal life problem, but secondary lesson is to not check in luggage.

I love Curv Exchange. The first time I visited, the staff got into a dad joke competition and customers were laughing their heads off. That's the kind of people these are: beautiful, skilled, and very funny. Oh, and the clothes are wonderful too! Just be sure: they're a true plus-size store and they start at a size 14. Stock is even throughout the sizes, good variety and selection of each size. Shoes generally start at a size 8, but I've spotted one or two 7.5's in the mix.
Would love Kristin to do a ‘going through my wardrobe in quarantine’ video. She must have so many great things after doing this show over the year !!!
Love this series, Kristin. I love how one person sharing their struggles/triumphs can make a difference. I'd feel weird shopping at a store that didn't carry an inclusive size range now, just the same as lots of very fair makeup artists complain about brands not having darker shades these todays. You're making a positive difference. It'll take a while for everything to catch up, but more people are conscious of this sort of thing because of the series. Well done!
Also, for whatever one person's opinion is worth, hair slicked back is definitely a great look on Kirstin. Hair down is nice too, and I'd probably always wear it down if I had that much hair that nice haha. But there's something very youthful about the slicked back look, and it does something that shifts the focus to her smile.

Super easy and cheesy watching their live feed shopping bazaar/bizarre - and you get hooked into trying to be the first bidder, not like in an auction, just to be faster than someone else to get that one item you've been waiting on all day after seeing their "teaser" photos. It's TOTALLY fed my addiction! LOL! I am so obsessed with CurvExchange!!
This whole episode gave me all the life I needed for quite a while. Shoutout to Caitlin and the whole Curv team who bought my clothes as I went through my weight loss and always made me feel amazing about myself. So happy to see they picked my city and my shop! Well, if I remember it right, ladylike kinda stopped because someone the girls left buzzfeed, and what they still have footage wise they slowly publish because there is no official plan how it will go on with the ladylike channel and crew....but there are fixed plans of other groups and videos, so because of quarantine they can now publish that older content, because other videos that where planned can’t be filmed at the moment.....
